The Leicestershire & Rutland B Team Golf League
Our 2025 Season is underway!
New for the 2025 season is our cup competition. All first round matches have now been played and the second round will be played week commencing 2nd June.
The league games commenced on 22nd April and most teams have completed their first fixture. The results and league tables are updated and can be viewed from the ‘League Table, Fixtures & Results’ tab at the top of this page.
Our 2024 Champions are Cosby Golf Club
The league play-off final was contested at The Leicestershire GC on Sunday 15th September between Cosby Golf Club and Whetstone Golf Club. Cosby GC were the victors on the day by a score of 4 – 1. This fantastic result for Captain Steve and his team means that Cosby GC are L&R Champions for the second time. Congratulations to all at Cosby Golf Club and to Whetstone Golf Club – both having had a fantastic season.
Finals Day 2024
Unfortunately due to the weather conditions which included prolonged thunder storms the ‘Finals Day’ had to be postponed and was re-scheduled for 6th April 2025. The weather was much kinder to us this time and Lutterworth hosted a fantastic day on a very well presented golf course. Thanks to everyone involved at Lutterworth Golf Club. Lutterworth produced both the ‘Finals Day Champion’ and the winning team. Please visit the ‘Honours Board’ for the all of the 2024 prizes.

The league was formed in 2009, with the first season being played in 2010.
